Can anyone do Pilates?
The great thing about Pilates is that it is incredibly adaptable and the more comfortable you become with the technique, the more the exercises can be adapted to challenge the individual. Our classes range from 18 years up until post 80! So yes, age is most definitely a number when it comes to Pilates and that’s why we love it so much.
