1. A tailored approach
We are all different and this means we have different nutritional needs. When you work with a nutritionist, your unique identity - including age, lifestyle, background, genetics, and goals - can all be taken into account to help create a plan tailored to you. This will ensure it meets your specific nutritional needs and will work within your lifestyle.
2. A sense of clarity
there is almost too much information out there when it comes to health and nutrition. AND this can be overwhelming and confusing. A nutritionist with expertise in the area will know exactly what you need and how to get there - taking the stress and time away from you.
3. An opportunity to identify any mind set blocks
Nutrition isn’t quite as simple as knowing how and what to eat in a way that supports your health. Shifting your mind set is one of the main barriers to this. We might have learnt certain food rules or beliefs in our childhood that no longer serve us, but find it difficult to move past.
Nutritionists will have the right tools to help you overcome any barriers.
4. Support and encouragement
A Nutritionist will always be on your side and help you achieve your goals. Dong this on your own can be isolating and difficult so it's always good to have someone on your side who is supporting and guiding you.
5. Accountability
Some people need accountability to help them take action and reach their goals. If you work with a nutritionist over the course of a few sessions, you can get this accountability as they will check on your progress and ask how you’ve been doing.
